The Hon. Conrad M. Black, P.C., O.C., is Chairman of
the Board of Directors
Chief Executive Officer and Director, Hollinger International
Inc., New York, Chicago, Hollinger Inc., Toronto, and Argus
Corporation, Ltd. Toronto
Lord Black has held these or equivalent or similar positions
since 1978. He currently serves as the Chairman and as a
Director of Telegraph Group Limited, London, U.K., and as a
Director of the Jerusalem Post, The Spectator (London); of
Brascan Limited and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce,
both of which are public reporting companies in Canada, and as
a director of Sotheby's Holdings, Inc. Conrad Black is Chairman
of the Advisory Board of The National Interest (Washington) and
a member of the International Advisory Board of The Council on
Foreign Relations (New York).
Conrad Black delivered the T.P. Boyle Founders Lecture at a
Fraser Institute Roundtable Luncheon on November 15, 2001 in
Vancouver.
