Dr. Barry Cooper is a professor of political science at the University of Calgary and former Senior Fellow with the Fraser Institute. He has published more than 20 books and written numerous articles on political science and public policy. In addition, Dr. Cooper is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. He has written columns for the Calgary Herald, Saskatchewan Leader Post, Regina Star-Phoenix, and other newspapers. His articles have also appeared in the Globe and Mail and the National Post.
