Rena Menaker is a former Health Policy Analyst with The Fraser Institute. She has an MSc in Physiology from the University of Toronto and a BSc in Physiology from McGill University. Her most recent project was The Fraser Institute's Hospital Report Card: Ontario 2006, an annual ranking of the performance of acute care hospitals in Ontario.
