The Great Global Warming Swindle
If you have shown or thought about showing Al Gore’s film An Inconvenient Truth in your classroom, you must think about showing The Great Global Warming Swindle for balance. Aired by UK’s Channel 4 on 8 March 2007, The Great Global Warming Swindle is a controversial documentary film which presents arguments that oppose the predominant scientific opinion on climate change (i.e. that human activity is the primary cause of global warming).
It is sure to open up debate and discussion in your classroom and help your students better understand the arguments surrounding the global warming debate.
