Perspectives is the Fraser Institute’s French-language public policy magazine published quarterly in Montreal. Like our English-language Fraser Forum, Perspectives deals with subjects such as economics, taxation, environmental issues, education, and health care policy and provides thoughtful analysis of critical public policy issues for a French-speaking audience. Perspectives articles are written by economists, Institute research analysts, and selected authors, including those from other public policy think tanks.
