Bursary Includes:

  • Airfare from the closest major BC airport to Vancouver
  • Stipend to help cover personal expenses during travel and stay in Vancouver
  • Shared hotel accommodation on Friday and Saturday night
  • Attendance at the Explore Public Policy Issues seminar on Saturday
  • Saturday morning breakfast, breaks, and lunch, and post-seminar networking reception with speakers and Fraser Institute staff

Please note the bursary does not include roundtrip transportation to your local airport, meals on Friday and Sunday, or any other supplementary expenses not listed above. The modest stipend is designed to contribute to these expenses.

Please note: Travel Bursary applicants should not complete the separate Vancouver Explore Public Policy Issues registration form, as successful bursary applicants will automatically be registered for the seminar.

The application deadline for the 2023/2024 academic year has closed. Check back in September 2024 to apply for the next cohort of bursary recipients.
