Laura Dawson, PhD, is the President of Dawson Strategic, which provides advice to business on cross-border trade, market access, and regulatory issues. Previously, she served as senior advisor on US-Canada economic affairs at the United States Embassy in Ottawa and contributed to the launch of the US-Canada Regulatory Cooperation Council and the Beyond the Border agreement.
