Canadian Pharmacare: Performance, Incentives, and Insurance

Graham served as Vice-President of AdvaMed, the Advanced Medical Technology Association, until June 2013. Previously, he was the Director of Health Care Studies at The Pacific Research Institute in San Francisco, California from May 2005 through July 2012. He is also the former Director of Health & Pharmaceutical Studies at the Fraser Institute. He was an infantry officer in the Canadian Army in Canada, Cyprus, and Germany. Graham served on the institutional sales and trading teams of Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt, Germany and Kidder, Peabody in London, England.Graham received his M.B.A. from the London Business School (England) and his B.A. (with Honours) in Economics & Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA Charterholder) and is an affiliate member of the CFA Society of Washington, DC, having completed all three levels of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program.
