About the Speaker

Holly Fretwell

Holly Fretwell is vice president of outreach at PERC. Her research focus is public lands policy, property rights, and markets. Fretwell strives to enhance conservation through cooperation and entrepreneurship. A teacher at heart, she taught economics for 15 years at Montana State University and now gets to share free market environmentalism with the world. Fretwell resides in Montana where she frequently explores the great outdoors.
